Follow These Steps

Open the picsart app and select the white template and croop into 16:9 ratio and got to add photo section and select the background and your image and watch the video carefully 

Next open the lightroom application and go to selective tool and make blacks at corner and save it 

Next open the kinemaster app and select the 16:9 ratio and import the valimai glimse video and edited image and watch the video carefully link in below
