Follow These Steps

 

first you can edit image in lightroom and cut the background then open the sketchbook app and import the image and open layer box and duplicate it ...

Then go to brush tool and go to smudge row and select round bristle brush and go to setting and adjust flow ( 5  to 10 ) and strength ( 1 ) then come back and sumdge your image ...

After the smudge gain open the brush tool option and adjuct flow ( 13 ) and smudge the hair after you can save it into png ( go to layer box and off the background layer ) 

Then open the photopea website and import image watch the video carefully ( link in below ) 

 

How to Download Backgrounds ➤

2.And wait for 20 seconds.
