open the picsart app and select template and crop it into portrait size and go to add photo tol and select background and your image and attach your photo on background and make some adjustment ... and save it 

And open lightroom app and import edited image and you can download the presets and open presets image in lightroom and copy that setting and paste into that your edited image and save it ......

pro tip save image in draw section its give high quality in picsart
