Follow These Steps

first open the PicsArt app and select a template and crop it into portrait size next go to add photo tool select background image and model image ( Download link in description ) 

Watch video carefully and Edit it .....

Next open the Lightroom app and import image and preset also and copy that setting and paste into that edited image 

pro tip ( save image in draw section its give high quality )
